PHASE 1

Preparation Phase

Months 4-18

  • Ensure the Talent Accelerator platform is set up and all features are functional.
  • Populate the platform with data from the EU gaps and needs analysis.
  • Develop training materials, self-assessment templates, and user profiles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare for the pilot launch.
PHASE 2

Trial Phase

Months 19-21

  • Invite an initial set of participants (60 companies, 50 workers, 50 future employees).
  • Conduct webinars to engage and attract potential users.
  • Provide initial training and strategic roadmaps based on user profiles.
PHASE 3

Evaluation & Feedback

Months 19-21

  • Track the progress of participants and collect feedback on their experiences.
  • Make necessary adjustments to the platform and training materials based on performance data.
PHASE 4

Expansion Phase

Months 22-36

  • Expand the pilot to a larger number of participants (target of 50 more companies and 300 students/workers).
  • Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and strategic guidance.
  • Regularly update the platform and materials to address emerging needs and feedback.
